CarbonCloud is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to embark on an outstanding journey and propel us into our hyper-growth phase. Our newest recruit(er!) is an experienced professional to drive our hiring through the roof. This is a great opportunity to actively shape the future of a scale-up by owning the end-to-end hiring process as well as building up a talent acquisition team.

You will:

• Lead and own the candidate's journey and overall hiring experience

• Develop and lead a highly-skilled TA team in line with business growth plans. Manage the recruitment budget, monitor and report expenses to align with the plan

• Set service level expectations, ensuring delivery targets, KPIs and SLAs are achieved.

• Manage and guide sourcing and provide strategic insight into pipeline growth, maintenance, and management

• Review and track Talent acquisition metrics within the required schedule and identify risks proactively

• Continuously improve our systems, processes and team policies

• Develop, implement and guarantee an extraordinary and high-end candidate experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your key internal stakeholders as a strategic talent advisor

• Lead research and intelligence gathering and provide professional analysis on common trends and future developments to strengthen talent acquisition activities

• Effectively demonstrate best practices

You have:

• At least five years experience in recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS company hiring Mid/Senior-Level roles

• First-hand experience in onboarding, mentoring, and leading junior TA colleagues

• Experience in scoping out recruitment processes and working with managers to develop workforce plans

• Strategic consulting skills in talent acquisition and the ability to communicate them using analytical and project management skills

• The ability to communicate in English concisely and effectively

• Fixed monthly salary

• Scope: Full-time employment (with a 6 month probationary period)

• 30 days of vacation annually

• Location: Central Gothenburg office located at Aschebergsgatan 44 with the option to work remotely 2-3 days a week
