About the Role

We're looking for a Courier Specialist to own and scale Workwize's global courier network. You'll take ownership of a complex, multi-market operational domain — integrating new couriers across our warehouse and supplier network globally, and managing the performance of those already live.

Workwize is a global IT lifecycle platform. When a company hires or offboards an employee, we manage the full equipment journey — procuring, delivering, retrieving, and warehousing devices on their behalf. The courier network is what makes that delivery promise real. By integrating premium couriers directly, we give clients complete visibility and control over every asset movement. The network is growing fast — and this role exists to build and manage it.

This role is for someone who wants to own something structurally important — not coordinate, not report, not assist. You will operate across a fragmented landscape of external partners and internal teams, driving outcomes through influence, data, and rigour. Influence without authority is the default — you'll need to earn alignment, not assume it.

What You'll Do

Courier Integration & Expansion

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding of new courier integrations across Workwize's warehouse and supplier network
  • Manage both integration tracks: warehouse (consistent partner set) and supplier (varied stakeholders per market)
  • Drive active pipeline integrations to completion and identify new courier partners where gaps exist
  • Work with Technology to scope and deliver technical integrations for each new courier

Courier Performance Management

  • Own ongoing performance of integrated couriers — SLA adherence, tracking quality, escalation handling
  • Run structured performance reviews with courier partners and hold them accountable to commitments
  • Diagnose performance gaps using data and lead structured improvement initiatives end-to-end

Courier Development

  • Build the processes and frameworks that make the courier network scalable and consistent as it grows
  • Define SLAs across the network where none currently exist
  • Identify structural gaps in coverage, cost, and performance — and drive solutions proactively

What We're Looking For

  • ~2 years of experience in consulting, operations, logistics, or project management
  • Structured thinker — defines the problem before designing the solution
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data to diagnose issues and validate improvements
  • Ownership mentality — sees things through end-to-end without needing to be managed
  • Comfortable operating across a fragmented, multi-party landscape without direct authority
  • Clear communicator in English — written and verbal
  • Experience in a fast-growth or scaling environment is a strong plus

Bonus if you have:

  • Direct experience in carrier or logistics partner management
  • Background in contract negotiation or SLA design with external partners
  • Exposure to last-mile delivery, courier integrations, or tracking platforms
  • Consulting background looking to move into operational ownership — this is a strong environment for that transition
