As we accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for a Product & Brand Marketing Lead to bridge strategic vision with measurable revenue impact.

The Role

This is a position that requires building and executing the strategy for our brand and product positioning. You won’t just be optimizing an existing narrative; you will help in defining a new category. You will help the market understand a complex problem and position Workwize as a top-of-mind brand.

Your goal is to ensure that every brand initiative and product launch serves as a direct lever for commercial growth, working in tight alignment with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do

  • Market Expansion Strategy: Research new territories/segments and lead constant experiments on which areas to scale. You will use data-driven testing to sharpen our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and localized GTM approaches. You’ll have direct access to our Customer Success data and Sales call recordings to extract insights that fuel our roadmap.
  • Product Strategy & Prioritization: Act as the "voice of the market" for the Commercial, Product and Engineering teams by owning our ICP segmentation. You will influence marketing campaigns and the roadmap by prioritizing features based on customer needs, competitive differentiation, and commercial ROI.
  • Strategic Brand Vision: Move beyond aesthetics to build a credible, scalable brand. You will define a vision that significantly expands our top funnel presence, increases consideration, and shortens sales cycles.
  • Revenue-Linked Marketing: Develop and own a framework that connects product and brand marketing work to commercial outcomes such as pipeline influence, win-rate improvements, and conversion uplift.
  • Team Development: Build and scale a high performing team, always performing with a close link to revenue growth. Manage but also not afraid to execute when needed.

Who You Are

  • 10+ Years of Experience: You have a deep background in product marketing (required), brand marketing, or a strategic combination of both. Preferably experience in managing a (small) team.
  • Scale-up Veteran: You have been part of a high-growth scale-up before and have a proven track record of leading strategy and executing on measurable impact during periods of rapid expansion.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can zoom out to set a long-term direction and zoom in to make the difficult trade-offs required in a fast-moving environment.
  • Commercially Driven: You have a clear, sophisticated view of how marketing contributes to the bottom line and are comfortable being held to revenue-linked outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can align stakeholders across technical and commercial teams, turning complex product capabilities into compelling market narratives.
  • Self-Starter: You move proactively without needing heavy guidance.
