About the Role

• Support day-to-day operational workflows across services (e.g., tickets escalations and resolution, client coordination, project work)
• Identify and action potential process improvements that reduce manual work
• Create and maintain clear documentation (SOPs, playbooks, checklists) to support scalable operations growth
• Support cross-functional coordination with teams like Ops, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and external partners
• Help track and report operational metrics (cycle time, SLA adherence, error rates, backlog trends)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Comfortable working with data and tools like Notion and Slack
• Interest in automation a plus

• Tenacious and proactive: You see challenges as energising and moves problems forward
• Inquisitive: You asks good questions, digs into root causes, and learns quickly
• Structured communicator: You are clear in writing and verbal updates
• Ownership mindset: You take responsibility early and challenges the status quo respectfully
