A few months ago, we launched a new revenue line focused on decommissioning, reselling, and recycling old IT assets. It’s growing fast, and we’re now looking for someone who wants to help turn this into a major part of the business.

About the role
You’ll take full ownership of the People Operations pillar at Workwize. This is a builder’s role. You’ll design, maintain, and improve the systems, workflows, and data that keep our HR function running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with our HR Business Partners on company-wide initiatives like performance cycles, onboarding, and engagement programs, and with Talent Acquisition on structured, data-driven hiring.

What you’ll do
Systems and data ownership

  • Configure and manage our HRIS (HiBob) as the single source of truth: data, workflows, permissions, and compliance basics.

  • Maintain structured, automated hiring workflows in Greenhouse in close partnership with Talent Acquisition.

  • Safeguard data quality across all People systems and make sure payroll inputs are accurate and timely.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting: headcount, hiring funnel, turnover, performance cycles, and general workforce analytics.

Core People processes

  • Design and run end-to-end People processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, compensation changes, and contract or data updates.

  • Operate performance cycles in our performance tool (15Five): setup, timelines, calibration logistics, manager guidance, and reporting for HRBPs and leadership.

  • Support compliance and risk control through contract templates (together with Legal), access management, documentation hygiene, and audit readiness.

  • Document processes and updates in a way that's clear, accessible, and repeatable.

Collaboration and enablement

  • Act as the operational sparring partner for HRBPs: you build the processes, they bring them to life with the business.

  • Work closely with HRBPs, TA, Finance, Legal, and IT to keep everything aligned and predictable.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations in a tech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.

  • Proven experience owning or co-owning an HRIS (ideally HiBob).

  • A track record of running full-process onboarding, offboarding, and performance cycles.

  • Confidence working with data: pulling it from different systems, creating basic dashboards, and spotting patterns.

  • Experience collaborating with HRBPs and TA in a shared operating model.

  • Solid understanding of HR operations basics in both Europe and the US.
