About The Role
- Bridge Product and Commercial: Translate product updates, roadmap changes, and pricing logic into practical guidance for the sales team.
- Support strategic decisions: Structure sales, market and product feedback into clear, data-backed strategy for both Product and Commercial
- Systemize knowledge: Build and maintain a single source of truth for all product-selling materials
- Enable understanding: Design onboarding, workshops, and enablement sessions that help AEs and BDRs truly understand why features matter and how to position them.
- Create feedback loops: Capture insights from calls, deals, and objections to inform both commercial strategy and product development.
- Scale communication: Ensure that recurring questions, product nuances, and competitive insights are turned into scalable resources, not one-off messages.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, RevOps, Product Marketing, or a similar analytical/commercial role.
- Commercial mindset: You understand how deals move and what slows them down.
- Strategic systems thinking: You can design repeatable structures that scale communication and learning.
- Excellent communicator: You write clearly, simplify complex ideas, and enjoy presenting or running workshops.
- Curious and proactive: You love digging into how the product works and spotting where confusion starts.
- Organized and dependable: You follow through, document decisions, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Stakeholder management: Comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Marketing with different priorities and timelines.
- Tech-savvy: You know your way around modern SaaS tools (HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.) and can build clarity through documentation.
