We're looking for a People Business Partner (HR BP) to help us do just that. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly shift between strategic advising and hands-on execution. In this role, you’ll support both managers and teams, helping to shape our people practices as we scale. You’ll work across performance, learning, operations, and engagement—always with a focus on practical impact and sustainable growth.

What You'll do:

  • Enable business performance through strategic partnership: Act as the first point of contact for managers and translate business needs into actionable people programs and provide practical, day-to-day HR guidance.
  • Drive performance & development: Partner with managers to turn feedback into meaningful development paths.
  • Lead learning & development initiatives: Design lean, high-impact L&D programs based on real business needs (e.g., onboarding, communication, manager development).
  • Strengthen people operations & process: Work on core people processes (onboarding, promotions, exits) and make them scalable.
  • Ensure clean documentation and smooth cross-functional workflows. Spot inefficiencies and fix them fast—through automation, simplification, or clearer communication.
  • Build engagement & culture: Use engagement data to drive action plans with managers—focusing on what matters most.
  • Support scale & change: Help teams navigate change with clarity, empathy, and structure. You will be involved in headcount planning, org design, and team scaling conversations.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR/People roles, ideally within high-growth or fast-changing environments
  • Track record of advising managers on performance, development, team changes, and more
  • Experience executing people processes independently, with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills—empathetic, clear, and able to influence across levels
  • Confident in both strategic work and day-to-day execution
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Hibob), feedback platforms, and modern people tools
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
