About the Role
The Group Product Designer role exists to ensure design excellence and user-centric product development across multiple product teams at Workwize. By driving user discovery, strategic design leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, the Group Product Designer contributes directly within a team and at a strategic level to delivering delightful experiences that enable our customers to manage IT devices globally and efficiently. This aligns with Workwize’s broader goal of providing world-class, user-friendly solutions for remote IT management at scale.

What will you do?
Design Leadership
- Define and maintain design standards and a cohesive design system across product teams.
- Partner with the Group Product Manager to align design vision with product and business objectives.
User Discovery & Research
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product direction.
- Engage with customers and end-users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and validate design solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features and improvements based on user and business impact.
- Facilitate design reviews and critiques to ensure alignment on user experience and consistency.
Individual Contributor
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes within at least one product team.
- Oversee all stages of the design process—discovery, ideation, and execution—for the product(s) you own.
Mentorship & Guidance
- Provide feedback, coaching, and direction to other designers and cross-functional team members.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and design excellence.
Process Improvement
- Refine and evolve design and user research processes to achieve faster, more consistent, and higher-quality output.
- Champion best practices in accessibility, usability, and inclusive design.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Experience
- Proven track record in a product design or UX/UI role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience leading end-to-end design projects from ideation to launch.
- Experience working in B2B remote-focused or global device management SaaS products (nice to have).
- Background in data analytics or using data insights to drive design decisions (nice to have).
- Experience mentoring or managing other designers, either formally or informally (nice to have).
Technical & Design Tools
- Mastery of modern design tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and design system management tools.
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (e.g., React) and understanding the technical feasibility of design solutions (nice to have).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design, user research methodologies, and measurable business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting design ideas and articulating decisions.
- Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Strong facilitation skills for design thinking workshops or sprints (nice to have).
- Solid understanding of agile product development and iterative design processes.
