Now we're entering our next chapter of explosive growth, and we need someone special to help write it: a GTM Systems & Automation Specialist who thinks in workflows, dreams in automation, and uses AI like it's a superpower.

The Role

Forget traditional marketing ops roles where you're buried in spreadsheets and waiting for approvals. This is different.

You'll be the architect of our entire go-to-market engine—the person who builds the systems that find perfect-fit customers, qualify them intelligently, and guide them seamlessly from "curious" to "customer." You'll work at the intersection of data, automation, and growth strategy, using cutting-edge AI tools to do in hours what used to take weeks.

What You'll Own

🚀 GTM Systems & Automation (Your Main Stage) Build and maintain the intelligent infrastructure that powers our entire customer acquisition engine—from lead enrichment and qualification to automated outreach and CRM orchestration. This is where you'll spend most of your time creating magic.

🔄 PLG-to-Sales Engine Transform product usage signals into automated outbound workflows that turn active users into paying customers. When someone does something interesting in the product, your systems know exactly what to do.

📊 Outbound Strategy Design, test, and optimize the complete cycle: data enrichment → trigger identification → personalized messaging → sequencing → conversion. Own the entire machine.

🔗 Stack Integration Connect and automate our GTM toolkit (CRM, enrichment platforms, outreach tools, AI systems) to eliminate busywork and create a seamless revenue engine.

💎 Data Quality & Governance Own CRM cleanliness so Sales and Marketing always work from a reliable, unified source of truth. No more "which list is the right list?"

🛠️ Tool Evaluation & Innovation Constantly test and implement new GTM automation and AI tools that multiply team efficiency. You're our early adopter and innovation scout.

⚡ Sales Enablement Build scrappy scripts, playbooks, demo resources, and tools that help Sales move faster, sound smarter, and close more deals.

🧪 GTM Experiments Run rapid tests across channels, data sources, and messaging strategies to discover what scales. Fail fast, learn faster, scale what works.

You're a Fit If You…

Bring proven experience — 2-4 years in growth ops, sales ops, marketing ops, or RevOps in B2B SaaS where you've built systems that actually scaled

Know your tools cold — Hands-on with CRMs (HubSpot), enrichment platforms (Clay, Clearbit, etc.), outreach tools (Lemlist/Instantly/Apollo), automation platforms (Zapier/Make/n8n)

Obsess over data and process — Clean data, reliable systems, and measurable outcomes aren't nice-to-haves; they're how you operate

Have a builder's DNA — You ship fast with whatever's available. Spreadsheets, workflows, scripts, duct tape—you make it work beautifully

Think AI-first — Your default question is "How can I automate this?" before ever doing it manually. You see AI as your force multiplier

Bridge teams effortlessly — You translate fluently between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Growth, making everyone more effective

Thrive in experimentation — Ambiguity doesn't scare you. Testing, iterating, and learning by doing is where you come alive

Bonus points for:

  • PLG experience and product-led growth instincts
  • SQL/Python basics for deeper data work
  • BI tools experience (Metabase/Looker/Tableau)
