We’ve reached 1,000+ customers and now we’re scaling the engine. To fuel this next phase, we’re looking for a Product Marketer who owns positioning, messaging, and conversion—someone who moves fast, tests relentlessly, and uses AI to work smarter.

🚀 What You’ll Own

  • Positioning & Messaging: Align how Whale is positioned. Analyze segments and cohorts to understand what resonates with different ICPs. Write positioning for use cases and value props. Keep it consistent everywhere.
  • Product Launch GTM: Plan and execute the go-to-market for new features and products. Write positioning, create assets, drive awareness, measure results.
  • Website Conversion: Own landing pages, pricing page, and product pages. Run A/B tests to move signup → paid conversion rates
  • Drive Quality Signups: Analyze which segments convert best. Optimize messaging and flows to attract more of them. Track what’s working and double down.
  • Build Conversion Tools: Create ROI calculators, comparison pages, interactive demos. Anything that helps prospects understand value
  • Onboarding & Activation: Own email flows for new signups. Track activation metrics and work with Product to reduce friction and improve time-to-value.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or product-led growth in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record improving conversion rates and driving product-led growth metrics
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks
  • Exceptional copywriting for product positioning, landing pages, in-product messaging, and sales materials
  • Technical enough to work with Product and Engineering on instrumentation and analytics
  • AI-first mindset — you ask “how can AI help me do this faster?” before doing it manually
  • Cross-functional collaboration — comfortable working across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • You know your way around HubSpot
