Über Uns

Do you want to take ownership from day one and actively shape the future in a growing company? VoiceLine is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup based in Munich. We build an AI-powered solution that helps field sales and service teams turn conversations into structured data efficiently. This enables customer information to be documented, analyzed, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. Together with leading enterprise customers, we are working to make field sales future ready.

Deine Aufgaben

This is not a typical product role. You will work directly alongside our CPO as a trusted thought partner and executor, picking up whatever matters most, moving fast, and making things happen. One week you're shaping a pricing narrative, the next you're synthesizing customer feedback into a product brief, the next you're preparing a competitive landscape for a strategic discussion.
You will be embedded at the heart of the product organization, with full visibility into how strategic decisions get made and a real say in shaping them.
You succeed when the CPO operates with more clarity, speed, and impact, and when the product organization is better informed, better aligned, and moving faster because of your work.

Drive cross-functional product initiatives
  • Conceptualize, structure, and orchestrate initiatives that span the entire product organization, from early framing through execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support the CPO in translating company strategy into concrete product priorities and decisions.
  • Act as a connector between product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
Own product communications
  • Develop and maintain VoiceLine's narrative around bundling, pricing, ROI, and use cases.
  • Create materials for GTM teams, partners, and customers that make complex product decisions accessible and compelling.
  • Support the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and internal all-hands content.
Build and run product operations
  • Design and operate a structured process for capturing, synthesizing, and routing customer feedback.
  • Turn raw signal into actionable insight for the product and engineering teams.
  • Identify and close gaps in how the product organization runs day to day.
Monitor market and technology landscape
  • Track the competitive landscape continuously and surface relevant developments proactively.
  • Monitor the broader technology landscape, especially AI, and identify strategic implications for VoiceLine's roadmap.
  • Conduct deep-dive research to de-risk strategic bets before they are resourced.
Validate new use cases
  • Work closely with the CPO and sales teams to evaluate and validate new use case opportunities.
  • Structure co-development initiatives with early customers to reduce uncertainty before investment begins.
  • Support partnerships conversations with relevant product context and materials.

Dein Profil

  • You are exceptionally motivated, you don't wait to be told what to do, and you take full ownership of what you commit to.
  • You have a technical background and genuinely understand how software products are built, you don't need to write code, but you speak the language.
  • You are AI-native: you use AI tools fluently in your day-to-day work and think about AI's role in products with real depth.
  • You bring first product management or strategy experience, ideally from a fast-paced startup, a strong internship, or a strategy consulting background.
  • You graduated from a top-tier university.
  • You are an outstanding communicator, written, verbal, and in structured documents. You can make complex things simple.
  • You excel at problem abstraction: you take messy, ambiguous situations and quickly identify the core issue and a path forward.
  • You are people-savvy, you build trust quickly and work effectively across engineering, sales, design, and leadership without friction.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and professional conversational German is required
