Über Uns

Do you want to take ownership from day one and actively shape the future in a growing company? VoiceLine is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup based in Munich. We build an AI-powered solution that helps field sales and service teams turn conversations into structured data efficiently. This enables customer information to be documented, analyzed, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. Together with leading enterprise customers, we are working to make field sales future ready.

Deine Aufgaben

Own and evolve the Analytics & Coaching Platform

  • Take over full ownership of the Analytics Platform roadmap from the CPO.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how sales organisations work, how they measure performance, and what good revenue intelligence looks like.
  • Talk directly with senior sales executives and revenue operations leaders at our customers to understand their BI requirements and translate them into clear, well-prioritised product cases.
  • Steer the product tribe around the Analytics Platform as it grows.

Drive product operations end-to-end

  • Collect, structure, and prioritise customer feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and direct customer interactions.
  • Translate feedback and opportunities into well-specified features ready for engineering.
  • Ensure clean handoffs from product decisions through development to release.

Align teams and communicate product

  • Prepare and communicate releases internally and externally — to go-to-market, engineering, and customers.
  • Act as a connector between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales, ensuring shared context and minimal friction.
  • Drive alignment proactively, without relying on hierarchy.

Partner with the CPO across product initiatives

  • Act as a close operational partner to the CPO, contributing to cross-cutting product initiatives beyond the Analytics Platform.
  • Maintain clear product documentation and drive continuous improvement of product processes.

Dein Profil

We are open to two distinct backgrounds for this role — what matters is that you bring strong product instincts, a deep understanding of sales organisations, and the communication skills to work with senior stakeholders:

  • Product management background: You have 2–4 years of experience in a product role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. You know how to run discovery, write specs, prioritise a backlog, and work with engineering. You are looking for a role where you can own a product area end-to-end from day one.
  • Commercial or sales background: You have built your career in sales, field sales, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role. You have worked hands-on with sales dashboards and BI tools, driven revenue performance, and understand from the inside how sales organisations operate. You are now ready to transition into product management and bring that frontline expertise with you.

Across both profiles, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has a deep understanding of how sales organisations work — pipelines, forecasting, coaching, revenue intelligence — either from working in them or building products for them.
  • Is an outstanding communicator — outspoken, structured, and confident talking with senior executives. You can run a customer discovery conversation and come out with clear, actionable requirements.
  • Has a basic understanding of how software is built — you understand concepts like APIs, data models, and development cycles well enough to work closely with engineers, ask the right questions, and write clear specifications.
  • Is analytically minded and data-fluent — comfortable with BI concepts and able to define what good analytics look like for a sales organisation.
  • Is ownership-oriented — you take full responsibility for outcomes, drive decisions without waiting for direction, and improve things when they are unclear or inefficient.
  • Uses AI-first workflows and is comfortable with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation platforms to move faster and do more.
  • Is business-fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement.

Deine Benefits

  • A dynamic environment with flexible working hours and a strong team culture
  • Competitive and fair compensation package, including virtual equity participation
  • Modern office in the heart of Munich and the flexibility to work remotely (depending on the role)
  • Access to Wellpass and attractive sports and wellness offerings to support your well being
  • Support for public transport (Deutschlandticket)
