About the Role
As a Campaign Manager at Trengo, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across our target audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in delivering measurable outcomes and amplifying Trengo’s brand presence in the competitive SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and social media, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design teams to develop compelling messaging, assets, and creative concepts for campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
- Implement and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive pipeline growth within key accounts.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously test and iterate on campaign strategies to ensure maximum audience engagement and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure campaigns are effectively integrated into their workflows and deliver high-quality leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivering campaigns that consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Contributing to a well-structured, scalable campaign framework that supports Trengo’s growth objectives.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and innovation.
What you can bring to the table
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
- Creativity: Proven ability to create engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable with change.
