Summary
As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing existing strategic technology and service partnerships that drive growth and customer acquisition for Trengo. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success of partnerships. The Partner Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals, execute joint go-to-market strategies and will report directly to Raymond, our Head of Sales & Partnerships.

What your role looks like
Let's break down this vision into a little taste of your work at Trengo:
Identify and develop new strategic partnerships:
• You will research and identify potential partners that align with Trengo’s business goals.
• You will develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximise growth opportunities by building territory partner strategies. Main focus will be on EMEA.
• You will gain new customers with your partners, and ensure all partners are well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations.
• You will negotiate and finalise partnership agreements that drive mutual value.
Manage and nurture existing partnerships:
• You will be the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
• You will develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue goals.
• You will monitor partner performance and ensure that partnership commitments are being met.
• You will address any issues or challenges that arise, working with internal teams to resolve them.
Collaborate on Go-to-Market strategies:
• You will work with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market plans.
• You will coordinate co-marketing activities, such as webinars, case studies, and events.
• You will align product development and marketing strategies to ensure partner success.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• You will track and report on partnership performance metrics, including revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• You will use data and insights to continuously improve partnership strategies.
Drive Partner Enablement:
• You will develop and deliver training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support the SaaS product effectively.
• You will create and maintain partner resources, including sales kits, product documentation, PMS and training materials.
What you are like
Now that you know a bit about us, can you tell us a bit about you? I hope you can identify yourself with some of the points below:
• You have 2+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships that drive revenue, especially in EMEA.
• You are experienced in negotiating, building long-lasting relationships and managing complex partnership agreements.
• You have a self-starter attitude and possess a strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business models.
• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You have a get things done mentality with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• You are proficient with any CRM software (FYI, we use Hubspot).
• You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
