Summary
At Trengo, we are looking for a passionate and ambitious to grow Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to make an impact. As our Account Executive, you will contribute to meeting Trengo's revenue target. You are responsible for adding new logo’s to our ICP customer base. You will be primarily focusing on “outbounding” prospective customers for Trengo through email sequences, “cold” calling and attend trade events. You will also follow-up on inbound marketing and partnerships leads, using our CRM and other sales tools.
You will own a deal pipeline of new logo’s and have full responsibility from taken them to first contact through signed contract. You will also work with our onboarding team to coordinate the successful use of multi-communication channels before handing this over to Customer Success. Currently, our market offerings are mainly focused on EMEA, and we want to expand our highly engaged sales team who will guide you through this exciting journey and contribute to Trengo’s growth in the DACH region.

What your role looks like
Let's break down this vision into a little taste of your work at Trengo. You:
• Generate new Logo’s via structured outbound initiatives.
• Will work to achieve maximum account penetration and sales within an assigned SMB territory.
• Manage inbound demo queue & own SMB inbound, maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails & social selling.
• Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies.
• Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts.
• Create engaging sales presentations, made possible by focusing on good time management and control of the non-selling responsibilities.
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
• Provide feedback on market opportunities and trends, playing an impactful role in designing Trengo’s long-term SMB strategy in the DACH region.
• Attend industry events and leverage partnerships & marketing content to support the SMB top-of-funnel.
• Understand our clients' needs and translate this into powerful demos by offering client-specific solutions.
• Work closely with our Onboarding team to convert trials and demo’s into paid accounts.
What you are like
Now that you know a bit about us, can you tell us a bit about you? I hope you can identify yourself with some of these:
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role and you are eager to make your career step as an Account Executive.
• You have a demonstrated outbound experience in B2B Sales (SaaS/Software sales experience is a big plus).
• You speak German and English fluently. Any other language is a plus.
• You love discovery! You are curious about the people you speak with, you ask targeted questions that result in meaningful insights regarding the customer’s pain points and propose impactful ideas on how to solve them.
• Coachability is key to succeed in this role! You have the ability to adapt and improve as required in order to achieve your potential. Moritz and Raymond will guide you and provide you with the resources to become an excellent Account Executive.
• You are able to present a complex subject matter in a simplified way, that enables your audience to both understand it, and relay it back to others.
