What You'll DoAlgorithm Innovation
- Develop and enhance our entity resolution matching engine
- Research, test, and implement new matching algorithms
- Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure engine accuracy (precision, recall, and performance metrics)
- Push the boundaries of what's possible in data connectivity
Customer Success
- Work directly with customers on Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Configure our technology to solve real-world challenges
- Provide technical support and guidance
Business Impact
- Participate in sales calls alongside our team
- Attend industry events and represent our technology
- Bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and commercial success
Innovation & Thought Leadership

Academic Foundation:
- Currently pursuing Master's degree or in final year of Bachelor's program
- Outstanding academic performance in quantitative disciplines: Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
- Business Administration/Economics candidates welcome with demonstrated quantitative expertise
Technical Excellence:
- Deep enthusiasm for AI and Data Science backed by robust theoretical understanding
- Hands-on experience translating AI/ML concepts into working solutions
- Strong Python programming capabilities (essential for this role)
- Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Golang experience is a valuable bonus
- Familiarity with LLM-based tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) is a significant advantage
Professional Skills:

- Experience in consulting or project management roles is highly valued
