What You'll Do

Algorithm Innovation

• Develop and enhance our entity resolution matching engine
• Research, test, and implement new matching algorithms
• Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure engine accuracy (precision, recall, and performance metrics)
• Push the boundaries of what's possible in data connectivity

Customer Success

• Work directly with customers on Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
• Configure our technology to solve real-world challenges
• Provide technical support and guidance

Business Impact

• Participate in sales calls alongside our team
• Attend industry events and represent our technology
• Bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and commercial success

Innovation & Thought Leadership

What We're Looking For

Academic Foundation:

• Currently pursuing Master's degree or in final year of Bachelor's program
• Outstanding academic performance in quantitative disciplines: Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
• Business Administration/Economics candidates welcome with demonstrated quantitative expertise

Technical Excellence:

• Deep enthusiasm for AI and Data Science backed by robust theoretical understanding
• Hands-on experience translating AI/ML concepts into working solutions
• Strong Python programming capabilities (essential for this role)
• Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Golang experience is a valuable bonus
• Familiarity with LLM-based tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) is a significant advantage

Professional Skills:

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English (our working language)
• Experience in consulting or project management roles is highly valued
• Proven ability to independently structure and tackle complex, ambiguous problems
