Senior Product Manager - Content Experience
StuDocu
Job description
Studocu was founded on the principle that equal access to study notes reduces inequality between students. Today, we make it easy for more than 45+ million students to share notes every month. The product was a rocket ship from day one and has shown strong product-market fit on every continent, making us a key player in the exploding EdTech space.
We take user experience very seriously. Therefore to stay at the forefront of Content Experience for study material platforms, we decided to open a dedicated team.
As the Product Manager for Content Experience, you will be responsible for driving the vision of how students access, consume and engage with study materials on Studocu.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that we continuously delight our users. This means incrementally improving our document viewer, which is the core of our platform, but also innovating with other forms of content and new types of content interactions. This is a position with a strong “0 to 1” component, which means you will have to navigate uncertainty with a high level of freedom to identify and bring to life new opportunities, driven both by your proximity with users and your strong data acumen.
What you’ll be doing here:
Take the lead: define the strategy; set the OKRs, be the voice of your team.
Live and breathe the needs of our target audience through targeted user research.
Be the Studocu expert on trends in content consumption, content-related UX, and relevant use of AI
Synthesise insights into winning ideas and get the buy-in you need to bring them to life.
Use our abundance of data to your advantage and implement A/B tests to discover valuable insights and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with designers, engineers and data scientists to ship a product that helps students all around the globe.
Coordinate product launches with our marketing, operations and support teams.
Have a ton of fun in the process!
You will be working for a global audience, creating an impact on the education of 50+ million students across the globe.
You will be given complex data-driven business cases to work on. There will be a lot of data to work with and A/B tests to run at a great scale.
You will be part of a small team and a business growing at a rate of 100% but maintaining a start-up culture.
You will be able to learn from more than 130 employees with 37+ different nationalities. Bringing your own ideas to the table is more than welcome.
You will be given the freedom to set your goals inside your own team, as you will be working in a bottom-up manner.
An awesome office in the center of Amsterdam with a huge garden, right next to the canals.
A free healthy lunch with our own chef and unhealthy snacks every day when in the office.
24 holidays based on 40 hours per week. We also provide a public transport card and contribute to your pension scheme.
