Job Description:

Sonomo is seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Associate to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our innovative music-tech platform. This role will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. If you have a background in business, finance, or economics and a passion for music, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist the Head of Operations in managing daily processes to ensure they align with company goals.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, document management, and internal reporting.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present operational and financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize workflows across departments.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operations, analyst, or administrative role is a plus.
• A passion for music and an understanding of the music industry’s dynamics.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
