You can’t stop the growth, that’s why reinforcement is sought for in all areas of the organization to realize the growth ambitions of the coming years.
The young and ambitious team of Route42 consists of 20 people with extensive experience and background, but what they all have in common is passion. Passion to make a change. Passion to be innovative in a traditional market. Passion to help themselves, Route42 and the customer. Although results are a focal point in the DNA of Route42, the culture is fun and relaxed. There is additionally a passion for laughs, drinks and a party.
What does an intern do?
As an intern at Route42, one has the opportunity to immensely amplify their knowledge on how a start-up operates. Route42 is looking to expand out of The Netherlands, therefore you are responsible for researching the what, how but most importantly where. You will explore large databases, call embassies or look at government websites to discover what companies operate in what country. On top of that, you have the opportunity to call specific companies to assess how big or small they are. Not all information can be found online, thus one must get their hands dirty and dig. Additionally, It is crucial to understand the do’s and don’ts of an unknown nation, as well as regulations regarding dash-cams, tolling and insurances. You are responsible for effectively researching and organizing this information so that it can be of use for the expansion of Route42. Moreover, your fresh views can aid us with practical issues such as the organization of webinars, which in this day and age is a growing service. As an intern at Route42, you continuously assist the commercial team.
