Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

Your mission

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you are part of our Business Operations team, working closely with our Founders and our Chief of Staff to build the marketing engine of a B2B cybersecurity startup from the ground up. This is not a theoretical strategy role where you polish slide decks or debate long-term vision. It's a hands-on execution role where you turn strategic decisions into reality and get a 360-degree view of what it actually takes to build a company.

How your day-to-day will look like:

• Campaign Execution: You plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels, tracking performance and iterating fast based on what the data tells you.
• Content Creation: You draft copy for our LinkedIn presence, blog, and newsletter that speaks to a B2B audience without sounding like every other cybersecurity vendor out there.
• Event & Webinar Ownership: You own the end-to-end logistics of webinars, conferences, and field marketing events, from planning and coordination to post-event follow-up.
• Process & Tools: You spot gaps in how we operate, propose improvements, and introduce tools that make the team faster and more effective.
• Brand & Design: You keep our visual identity sharp and consistent across all touchpoints, from Figma and Canva assets that look as good as our product performs, to maintaining our website that always reflects our brand at its best.

Additionally, you'll spot opportunities to improve workflows, introduce effective tools, and bring more structure to how we operate. Expect to be pulled into projects outside your lane on a regular basis, wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

• Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong track record of academic excellence.
• Have a genuine feel for content and brand: you can write clearly, think visually, and understand what makes a message land with a B2B audience.
• Are biased towards action and thrive in a high-speed environment: you ship fast, learn faster, and don't wait for perfect conditions to get started.
• Are a "no task too small" operator: you're as comfortable sourcing event swag as you are building a campaign report, and you take both equally seriously.
• Are AI-native: AI tools are a core part of your daily workflow to maximize speed and creativity. You pair this with solid proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Google Slides, and Notion to bring your work to life.
• Are a fluent communicator in German and English, spoken and written.

Bonus

• Previous hands-on experience with paid social, content creation, video editing, or design tools like Figma or Canva.
• A track record of side projects, student initiatives, or community work where you actually shipped something.
