Your mission
Is it you we are looking for?
- Focus Finance: You work across the full finance stack: you support the development and maintenance of our financial model, take ownership of our financial tracking and accounting, monitor runway and budget across departments, and contribute to investor communications by preparing materials, reports, and KPI dashboards that reflect our performance and vision. You'll see what it takes to build the financial backbone of a venture-backed cybersecurity startup from scratch.
- Focus Marketing: You work across the full marketing stack: You support paid and organic campaigns across different channels and draft content for our socials (e.g. LinkedIn & Reddit), blog, and newsletter. You help keep our brand and design assets sharp and consistent (Figma/Canva), and own the end-to-end logistics of webinars, conferences, and field marketing events.You'll see what it takes to build a B2B cybersecurity marketing engine from scratch.

- Are AI-native: AI tools are an essential part of your daily workflow to maximize speed and creativity. You pair this with solid proficiency in "classic" tools like Google Sheets, Slides, and Notion to structure and present your work clearly.
- Are a fluent communicator: you speak fluent English (German is a plus), enabling seamless communication within our international team, with our clients, and other stakeholders.
- (Finance) Previous exposure to financial modelling, accounting, controlling, or investor reporting.
- (Marketing) Previous hands-on experience with paid social, content creation, video editing, or design tools like Figma or Canva.
- A track record of side projects, student initiatives, or community work where you actually shipped something.

About us
revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.
It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius, we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
