Your Mission:

We’re looking for a world-class performance marketing leader which can be based in any of our entities to take ownership of Tellent’s digital growth engine. As Head of Growth / Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and revenue through paid channels, optimizing website performance, and building a scalable growth machine across our products, and regions.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a senior leader who thrives in complex, multi-market environments. You’ll lead a team of performance marketers, as well as a front end developer and collaborate closely with the Regional Heads of Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams to accelerate both growth.

The Marketing team at Tellent consists of over 25 professionals, distributed across our primary regions: DACH, France, and the Benelux. Your Core Focus Areas

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the global strategy across paid digital channels (SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, etc.) to drive high-quality acquisition at scale.

  • Own performance across all markets, channels, and products, balancing our growth across our relevant segments..

  • Architect and manage a high-ROI paid media engine, optimizing budget allocation across audiences, geos, and funnel stages.

Website Conversion & Funnel Optimization

  • Own the strategy and execution for website performance, including conversion rate optimization, landing page effectiveness, and user journey refinement.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to continuously test, learn, and optimize for results across different user segments and regions.

  • Ensure the website acts as a powerful conversion layer for both product-led growth and sales-assisted journeys.

Scale Across Markets, Products & Languages

  • Design and lead growth strategies that work across multiple countries, languages, websites, and product lines.

  • Implement scalable processes and frameworks to enable repeatable growth across diverse markets and teams.

  • Drive regional adaptation while maintaining central efficiency and brand consistency.

Marketing Operations & Measurement

  • Ensure full-funnel attribution, campaign tracking, and marketing analytics are in place to drive decisions.

  • Define key growth KPIs and regularly report on performance to leadership.

  • Collaborate with Data and RevOps to optimize infrastructure for measuring acquisition, retention, and ROI.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of performance marketers and channel specialists.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the regional Heads of Marketing and Commercial teams,, ensuring growth strategies align with broader company objectives.

  • Serve as the company’s go-to expert in paid digital growth, balancing hands-on execution with long-term vision.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, with significant time in B2B SaaS or tech scaleups.

  • Proven track record of leading multi-channel paid media strategies across international markets.

  • Deep expertise in performance platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging channels.

  • Experience optimizing website conversion funnels and running A/B tests.

  • Exceptional analytical and commercial mindset, fluent in metrics, attribution models, CAC/LTV, and ROI-driven decisions.

  • Experience working in a multi-product, multi-market, multi-language business environment.

  • Leadership skills to build and inspire a distributed team, and the ability to collaborate across functions at all levels.
