Marketing Lead at our office in Gothenburg

Location: Gothenburg | Full-time | Start: By agreement

Do you want to lead and develop marketing in an international tech company aiming to set a new standard for digital contracting?

At Precisely, we develop software that helps companies around the world manage their contracts more efficiently and sustainably. We are now looking for a Marketing Lead to help drive our next stage of growth – both in Sweden and globally.

About the role

This is a broad role with real responsibility. You’ll get to shape the structure, run activities, and influence how we work with marketing across the company. Your focus will be on creating new business opportunities and clearly communicating the value of our solution – both to new and existing customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing our marketing strategy
  • Planning and producing content for different channels – including newsletters, web, events, and social media
  • Building and maintaining nurturing flows to create and qualify leads
  • Following up on results and identifying what works
  • Supporting sales with targeted campaigns, including Account Based Marketing
  • Coordinating a small team (two part-time colleagues)
  • Managing a set budget and demonstrating impact as a basis for further investments
  • You’ll work closely with our sales team, leadership, and customer success.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is curious, structured, and proactive. You have experience in marketing – ideally within software or SaaS – and have taken ownership of both strategy and hands-on execution.

We believe you might have:

  • Experience with B2B marketing, preferably in a company offering software or complex solutions
  • A strong ability to create content for different channels
  • Worked on campaigns focused on generating leads
  • The ability to explain technical value in a clear, simple way
  • Experience tracking and evaluating results

You don’t need to tick every single box – what matters most is your willingness to learn and try new things.

Precisely is a Swedish company with global customers. Our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution is used by large and well-known organizations to bring control and efficiency to their contract processes. Our office is centrally located in Gothenburg, and we offer the possibility of hybrid work. We’re a small, dedicated team where every idea counts.

We’re also working to better showcase how our existing customers use our solution – and that’s where you come in.
