About the role

As our Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be the central link between Account Managers, the Head of Sales, and (future) clients. You’ll book appointments through both warm and cold outreach, follow up on inbound leads, and take the initiative to launch new outreach ideas. You’re structured, quick to adapt, and enjoy switching between calls, emails, and admin tasks — all while keeping a clear overview.
  • Generate new business appointments via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Follow up on inbound leads and support the full sales process
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns and actions
  • Prepare offers, demos, and performance reports
  • Help improve internal sales processes and CRM usage
  • Support the Head of Sales with reporting and pipeline planning

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German/Spanish = bonus)
  • Based in the Netherlands (or willing to relocate)
