We’re growing fast and that’s why we’re looking for a new (human) colleague to join our stellar Berlin-based team! We're on the search for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a crucial role in our next growth phase. As the SDR, you will focus on outbound prospecting, moving leads through the pipeline, and qualifying the leads they connect with. It’s an amazing fast-track to kickstart your career in SaaS.

The team

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. You’ll work mostly alongside one of the Founders (Bas, Hans or Menno), Weronica (Partnerships), Remy (Revenue Operations), and our to-be-hired Account Executive. You’ll be part of the starting team in the Berlin office, that will be launched on the 1st of September.

The Neople team is best described as open, ambitious, highly skilled, friendly and if you ask us - also really fun. We’re now with a group of 30, and growing fast!

Requirements:

  • Identifies and generates leads through cold outreach and following up on marketing campaigns.
  • Qualifies leads based on predefined criteria, using ICP values such as: contact person's role, industry, company size, anddomain.
  • Collects relevant information about prospects and documents it in Hubspot.
  • Plans and coordinates appointments between prospects and the Account Executive.
  • Collaborates with RevOps to provide feedback on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in DE and EN.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
