  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems while being practical.
  • Knowing when to prioritise development speed and when to prioritise scalability of new features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into our solutions.
The Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical background in Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS managed through Terraform CDK.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with scalable architectures and cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Start-up and/or SaaS experience.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining observability, logging and alerting
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with integrating LLMs, RAG, etc.
The Offer
  • A competitive salary that meets your expectations and market standards.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Collaborative culture with a supportive team, and loads of team events.
  • Flexible work hours (32-40 hours a week).
  • Beautiful office in the center of Den Bosch, and an NS business card to get there.
  • Good gear to work with.
  • The opportunity to get shares in the company.
