The Team

You will be an integral part of our dedicated tech team, which currently includes the CTO (Job) and full-stack engineers. As a Frontend Developer, you will collaborate closely with our product-focused team in a flat organisational structure, working under Job.

The Job

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, and maintaining user-facing features, working between the design and tech teams. Your role will involve creating responsive and intuitive interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement interactive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

The Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React (but if you really think we should switch, feel free to convince us. Everything is negotiable 🙂)
• Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience creating UX-heavy frontends

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud services.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience in a startup or SaaS environment.
