As a fast-growing startup, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Integration Lead to manage and develop our system integrations.

The Team

You will be an integral part of our dedicated tech team, which includes the CTO (Job) and full-stack engineers. As an Integration Lead, you will work closely with our product-focused team in a flat organisational structure, reporting directly to Job.

The Job

As an Integration Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations with various platforms and external systems, ensuring seamless functionality and ease of use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrations with Contact Centers (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, ), Messaging Platforms (e.g. Slack, WhatsApp, Teams), and external systems (e.g. Magento, Shopify, MEWS).
• Build tooling to facilitate the development, testing, and maintenance of these integrations (to be made available directly to customers to set up, test and maintain themselves)
• Automate integration processes as much as possible, (e.g. leveraging custom GenAI)
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure integration operate as expected.

The Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software integration or a related field.
• Strong technical background in building and maintaining integrations.
• Proficiency with integration tools and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience setting up and maintaining automated tests
• Have a SaaS background

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging Platforms, and eCommerce systems.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud services.
• Background in software development and tooling.
• Experience with automation and GenAI technologies.
