Our shared goal is to make it super easy for people to access helpful AI assistants in the workplace. That's why we're creating the most user-friendly digital co-workers powered by AI. More than 60 leading companies (like Levi’s, PSV, The Social Hub and Bax Music) have already hired a Neople to their team!

We’re growing fast and that’s why we’re looking for a new (human) colleague to join our stellar team! We're on the search for a highly motivated and resourceful Data Analyst. If you’re fascinated by identifying user pains in the rapidly changing AI space, enjoy shipping solutions with a multi-disciplinary team to solve for these painpoints, love to convert qualitative and quantitative data insights into action, and you’re ready for the start-up adventure - we want to hear from you.

This can be your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join one the fastest growing start-ups in one of the most exciting fields to work in.

The team

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. In the Product Office team, you might just work alongside Gabriela (software engineer), Koen(data scientist/AI engineer) and Luke (lead UX designer), as well as the Customer Success team and Joep (CPO).

The Neople team is best described as open, ambitious, highly skilled, friendly and if you ask us - also really fun.

At Neople we're driven by our passion and experience in AI. We believe that AI can do lots of good, but we know it must be user-friendly in order to be widely adopted.

  • Sync the people: Align all stakeholders around one vision, strategy, goal, roadmap, and timeline to avoid wasted time and effort for the features you own.

The requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or a similar role but with a different title (e.g. Senior Product Owner).
  • When needed, your strong intuition allows you to make decisions quickly and clearly based on the product vision. When possible, you’re able to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and validate the impact of product initiatives.some text
