We’re growing fast and that’s why we’re looking for a new (human) colleague to join our stellar team! We're on the search for a partnership agency manager who can bring our collaboration in the ecosystem to the next level. You will help in selecting the right partners and build long-lastig relationships with them.

The team

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. You’ll work mostly alongside Milan (Lead Growth Marketeer), Jeroen, Tim and Jules (Account Executives) and the customer success team, but also with our (new) partners. Next to that, you’ll be closely working with the founders Hans, Menno and Bas.

About the job

As a Partnership Agency Manager, you'll play a crucial role in how we build our ecosystem. You'll be responsible for discovering, selecting and onboarding our new partners. Our ideal agency partner profile consists of companies that are in the field of contact centers implementation agencies, contact centers and ecommerce agencies. These partners build multi-year relationships with their clients. Together with our own account executive team and the partner’s sales team, the partner can identify opportunities, tell the story and close the deal. Next to that, you will take care that our partner can service their clients. At this stage our service partnerships are on the roadmap for Q3.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Select & Onboard Partners: You'll evaluate and select partners based on their suitability and potential for collaboration. Once selected, you'll oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth collaboration.
  1. Facilitating Partner Enablement: You'll work closely with both Neople's internal teams and the partner's sales team to enable them to effectively promote and sell Neople. This includes providing necessary training and resources to equip partners with the knowledge and material they need to identify opportunities, articulate Neople's value proposition, and close deals successfully.
  1. Ensuring Partner Success: Your role extends beyond the initial onboarding phase to ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction among Neople's partners. This involves fostering strong relationships, addressing any concerns or challenges partners may encounter, and facilitating communication between Neople and its partners.
  1. Coordinating Service Partnerships: As Neople expands its offerings to include service partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in setting up and rolling out these partnerships. This includes collaborating with Neople's customer success team to train partner CS teams, gathering and processing feedback from service partners to improve our product.
  1. Market Expansion and Growth: While not mandatory, the role may involve expanding into new markets, particularly in Germany, through partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in partnerships, preferably in the contact center, customer support, ecommerce or AI industry.
  • Strong networker and great in building long-term relationships
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written English (Dutch or German nice to have).
  • +3 years experience in SaaS, preferably in startups

Nice to have:

  • Expanding to new markets through partnerships, preferably Germany.
