About the role
We’re looking for someone who is both kind and action-oriented to join our growing team as a customer service representative. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for both clients and therapists, answering questions, solving issues, and making sure they feel supported quickly and with care.
This isn’t just about being warm and empathetic (though that’s essential). We also need someone who is hands-on, gets things done, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll be joining a small team where your work makes a real difference every day.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain experience in digital health, operations, and customer experience, and who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and making users’ lives easier.
What you’ll be doing
Respond to support questions from clients and therapists via Intercom, quickly, kindly, and clearly
Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate bugs to our tech team when needed
Stay up to date on Meela’s platform to help users and give helpful feedback to product
Handle admin tasks like onboarding, account updates, and documentation
Host onboarding webinars and demos for new therapists
Keep internal help guides up to date and improve them over time
Spot trends in support and share insights to improve the service
Make sure every interaction reflects Meela’s tone: human, supportive, and efficient
What we’re looking for
Experience in customer support, admin, or similar operational roles
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Comfortable using customer service tools like Intercom or similar
Calm under pressure, able to reassure users when they’re stressed or confused
Organized, detail-oriented, and always a few steps ahead
Self-driven, take initiative and enjoy solving problems on your own
Thrive in fast-paced environments and get energy from moving quickly
You like structure but also know when to just roll up your sleeves and get things done
Extra plus if you have
Experience in digital healthcare, mental health, or tech startups
Familiarity with Intercom or similar tools
Worked in an early-stage startup or similar environment
