Key requirements

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of product deliverables in a tech company or startup environment.

Hands-on experience as a product owner working with a cross-functional team on agile software development and product discovery.

Proven ability to work on user-centric products, where engaging with users or customers, through conversations, feedback, and research, was a key part of shaping and delivering the product.

A passion for good design and UX, striving to deliver excellent user experiences.

Strong analytical skills and a solid technical understanding to collaborate effectively with developers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and healthcare professionals alike. Fluent in English and Swedish.

Bonus: Experience from within the healthcare sector and/or highly regulated industries.

What you will do

Prioritisation: Decide which features or enhancements to prioritize based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.

User research and validation: Leverage user research, interviews and data analytics to gather insights and validate product ideas, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.

Tracking: Stay on top of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) by actively tracking, monitoring, documenting, and regularly sharing them to ensure alignment on product success and progress.

Cross-Functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth product development, launch, and ongoing management.

Rapid development: Work closely with development teams to iterate on the product, respond to changes quickly, and deliver features in a timely manner.

Risk management: Identify potential risks and challenges early on, develop contingency plans, and make data-driven decisions to mitigate risks and ensure the product's success.

Preferred start-date would be in February. During the spring our HO Product will be on maternity leave, so you will collaborate closely with other functions in the company and learn a lot.
