Customer Success Manager - Mental Health Startup (Meela)

The Role
Are you passionate about mental health and customer success? Do you enjoy problem-solving and providing exceptional support to both patients and therapists? If so, Meela is looking for you!

As Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams to ensure that both our patients and therapists receive top-notch support. You will be the key point of contact for our community, working to maintain satisfaction and resolve any issues, whilst also supporting our insurance partners.

You won’t be doing this alone! At Meela, we love collaboration. You will work alongside our dream team, and will be working closely with the CEO, CCO, Head of Growth, Head of Product, and the entire tech team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for therapists and patients, ensuring smooth communication and providing first-class support.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to advocate for customer needs, report bugs and resolve any technical issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to our insurance partnerships and B2B clients.
  • Oversee and optimize the therapist onboarding process.
  • Monitor therapist and patient satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Understand and always stay updated on the technical side of Meela’s platform to assist with troubleshooting and product feedback.
  • Ensure strong and clear communication between therapists and insurance clients, ensuring partnerships run smoothly and compliance is met.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer success role, ideally within healthcare or a human centered service.
  • A solid understanding of the mental health industry, including the challenges faced by therapists and patients.
  • Experience working with tech and product teams, with the ability to turn customer feedback into meaningful product enhancements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where you work independently, and in teams to solve challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.

Plus:

  • Experience working with mental health and therapists organizations.
  • Experience managing relationships with large insurance clients, including administrative processes in Sweden and the UK.
  • Experience working in a startup environment - and loving it.
