Why this role exists

We have a product that industry veterans call the best AI platform on the market. We have customers in wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing seeing real operational results. What we don't have yet is the engine that turns that momentum into unstoppable inbound demand.

We're scaling fast through a sales-led motion targeting mid-market operations teams, buyers who are practical, ROI-driven, and don't respond to hype. Reaching them takes sharp messaging, creative content, and a marketer who genuinely understands the space. This role owns that build. Not a piece of it. All of it.

About the role

We're hiring a gowth generalist/ AI marketer who's gone all-in on AI tooling. Not someone who "uses ChatGPT sometimes", someone who builds Claude agents, generates assets with AI design tools, ships landing pages without waiting for developers, and thinks in workflows, not tasks.

You'll own inbound demand generation: ads, organic LinkedIn, content, website, and sales enablement. The goal is pipeline. We measure success in leads.

This role sits between Growth Engineer and Growth Marketer. You shape the messaging. Build the pages. Run the launches. Look at the data, decide what's working, kill what isn't, and repeat, every week.

In a single day you might: rewrite our homepage to sharpen positioning for a VP Operations audience, build a Claude agent that automates your entire content repurposing workflow, brief a LinkedIn campaign targeting procurement leads at mid-market distributors, turn a customer win into a case study that closes three more deals, and ship an ROI calculator that becomes our best lead gen asset of the quarter.

You won't have a team. You will have every AI tool you need, full ownership, a meaningful equity package, and the trust to move fast. If you're the type who can do in a week what a traditional marketing team does in a month — this is your role.

What you'll do

Launch. Own product launches end-to-end — positioning, assets, distribution, measurement. You don't wait for a brief. You write it, build the asset, ship it, and measure what happened.

Demand gen. Run paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Google optimised relentlessly for pipeline, not vanity metrics. Brief and manage agency partners when needed and hold them accountable for results, not impressions.

Content. Write landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and sales collateral that convert operations buyers. Create LinkedIn and social content that makes the right people — VP Supply Chain, Head of Operations, procurement leads — stop scrolling. Turn customer stories and product demos into formats that drive reach and pipeline.

Website. Build and maintain our Framer site end-to-end — copy, design, shipping updates — without needing anyone else to sign off.

Sales enablement. Build the battle cards, objection handling guides, one-pagers, and proof packs that actually get used. Make it easier for the team to close every deal.

Analytics. Build dashboards, track funnel metrics, run attribution. Know what's working this week — not last quarter. Double down on what does and cut what doesn't fast.

Build and automate. Vibe-code tools, calculators, and interactive assets. Build Claude agents and AI workflows that let you punch way above your weight. Find scrappy ways to generate leads before an idea is "ready."

Fill the gaps. Early-stage GTM means things fall between the cracks. You pick them up without being asked.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years in B2B marketing, demand gen, growth, or a generalist role in a startup or scale-up. You've owned outcomes, not just activities, and have the results to prove it.

  • You have serious startup DNA. Extremely organised, fast context-switcher, energised by ambiguity. You don't wait for structure — you create it.

  • You can build and ship without help. Landing pages, tools, interactive content, from idea to live without waiting on a designer or developer. Framer, Webflow, whatever gets it done.

  • You write copy that converts enterprise operations buyers. You understand what makes a VP Supply Chain or Head of Procurement click, read, and take action. Strong opinions about messaging and not afraid to defend them.

  • You're AI-native, not as a novelty but as your default operating mode. Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, Figma AI — you use these daily and you're always hunting for the next tool that unlocks an order-of-magnitude improvement.

  • You think in pipeline and conversion. Leads and clicks are inputs, not outcomes.

Nice to haves

Experience marketing to operations teams in wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing. Built Claude agents or LLM-powered automations. ABM or account-based demand generation experience. Video or motion design skills. Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
