Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy Integration Specialist who lives and breathes time series and knows what it takes to make data work at scale. Someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, customer collaboration, and real-world problem solving.

You’ll play a key role in making our AI platform smarter and more connected by building, applying, and troubleshooting the data connectors that power it. From deep dives into data integrity to smooth onboarding conversations with partners and customers—you’ll be the one making sure everything flows (literally and figuratively).

What you’ll do

‍‍‍

• Build new time series and metadata connectors as part of our product development.
• Apply and maintain existing connectors to deliver data pipelines that just work.
• Troubleshoot issues with existing integrations—whether it’s data quality, structure, or miscommunication.
• Have technical conversations with external partners, integrators, and customers—extracting the right information to get integrations live and smooth.
• Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring clean, consistent, and high-integrity data flows into our platform.

What you bring

‍

• A deep understanding of time series data and metadata—how to work with it, validate it, and think around edge cases and weird scenarios.
• Strong Python skills, especially in a data and integration context.
• A track record of making things work—from building scalable connectors to solving tricky data issues in real-world settings.
• A bias for action—you don’t wait for perfect plans, you start solving.
• Professional, clear communication—especially with external stakeholders. You’ll often be the bridge between tech and business, and you know how to keep both sides aligned.

Bonus if you have…

‍

• Experience integrating complex time series pipelines at scale (e.g. in IoT, energy, monitoring).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP) or data platforms.
• Background in backend frameworks (e.g. Flask)
• Examples of projects where you’ve improved data quality or integrity.
