What you’ll do
- Own and nurture relationships with our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our solution.
- Act as the go-to person for customers, proactively addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
- Onboard, train, and support customers, helping them integrate our product into their workflows seamlessly.
- Monitor customer health, usage, and feedback to drive retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
- Lead business reviews and strategy sessions with key accounts.
- Identify and implement best practices for scaling customer success in a fast-growing startup environment.
What you bring
A hands-on, go-getter strategist and do-er with:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a tech startup or scaleup.
- A customer-first mindset—you love solving problems and making customers successful.
- Experience managing multiple accounts with a proactive and strategic approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complex ideas and build trust with customers.
- Fluency in English -plus at least one other major EU language (e.g. Dutch, German or French).
- Adaptability and resilience—you're comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with customer success tools such as Hubspot, Mixpanel, Intercom and BI dashboard builders.
- Experience with Python, relational databases and time series databases is a plus.
- Experience in the Energy Management space (ISO 50001, IPMVP® etc.) is a big plus.
Diploma’s and higher education are one type of proof of a certain capability level of gathering knowledge in a structured manner and test your cognitive skills. But not the only one.
