Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who helps drive our purpose driven company forward by bringing our software to new customers and building a solid and healthy customer base - with attitude and grit every single day.
What you’ll do
- Generate short-term sales whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
- Hunt and close new accounts
- Expand ARR contracts with existing customers, and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in HubSpot
- Partner with Product & Customer Success to ensure high satisfaction among your clients
- Identify top accounts: identify and target the top 10 largest accounts in new markets, focusing on multinationals with extensive real estate portfolios.
- Manage long sales cycles: effectively manage long sales cycles that can last from months to years, building and maintaining relationships with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations.
- Develop enterprise sales strategies: develop and implement targeted sales strategies for enterprise clients, aiming to close large, strategic deals.
What you bring
The most important skills we seek are:
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to the full buying circle, including VP and C-level executives
- You have a tech or a data solution background
- You have a proven track record of success selling into enterprise and large enterprise companies
- You have early stage company experience
- You're a validated quota achiever with strong customer reference, proven by repeat sales.
- You have team selling experience
- You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- You're fluent in English
- You're based in Belgium and eager to work on-site at least 2-3 days per week
Diploma’s and higher education are one type of proof of a certain capability level of gathering knowledge in a structured manner and test your cognitive skills. But not the only one.
