About the role

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam and help us keep things running smoothly as we continue to grow. From laptop setups to managing support tickets, this role is all about making sure our people can do their best work, whether they’re in the office or dialling in remotely. You’ll be the go-to person for everything IT: solving tech issues, managing hardware, improving our setup, and helping us scale our processes. You’ll work closely with folks across the company, take ownership of your systems, and bring initiative to improve how we do things.

What you will do

  • Own our Jira-based IT ticketing system, triaging and resolving support requests efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for in-office and remote employees.
  • Set up and manage laptops (Windows and macOS) using our endpoint management platform (ManageEngine).
  • Act as the first point of contact for core tools and platforms, coordinating with admins when needed.
  • Maintain workstations, basic networking, and office tech, including access systems like tags and door locks.
  • Manage hardware and accessories end to end, from ordering to inventory and returns.
  • Continuously improve IT workflows and onboarding processes, with a strong focus on automation and reducing manual work.

What you will need

  • Solid experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools, ideally ManageEngine or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience managing IT hardware and inventory.
  • Comfortable managing support workflows and SLAs in Jira.
  • Good understanding of basic networking and office tech setup.
  • Service-oriented mindset. You enjoy helping people solve problems quickly and clearly.
  • You take ownership, don't wait to be told what to do, and are always looking for ways to improve things.

Nice to have

  • Experience automating repetitive IT tasks and workflows using scripts, tools, or integrations
  • Experience with supporting software development environments
  • Familiarity with managing access and SSO integrations for tools like AWS, GitHub, Stripe, or Netsuite
