About the platform

We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 40 million+ monthly page views, over 20 million listed products and 20000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

Reporting directly to the COO, Thomas, the Senior Marketing Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing analytics at Creative Fabrica and play a key role in accelerating the company's growth trajectory. If you are passionate about data-driven marketing and are ready to take on a challenge that impacts the business on a global scale, we would love to hear from you. This is an entrepreneurial position for someone with a craving for marketing analytics, who enjoys to roll-up its sleeves and achieve great results.

Main responsibilities & tasks:

  • Refine data collection and analysis strategies to understand traffic sources, on-site customer journeys (from visit to subscription), renewal or churn across our various channels (SEO, PPC, Affiliates, …).
  • Evangelize the organization on marketing analytics solutions. Bring usage of installed solutions to their full potential (or recommend new ones).
  • Craft dashboards using relevant tools to visualize marketing data and KPIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid, organic, and social media channels (e.g. ROI, Payback and other financial ratio). Recommend attribution methodology.
  • Stay ahead of the latest technologies and methodologies in data science, digital marketing, and customer experience analytics to keep the company at the forefront of the B2C subscription industry.
  • Lead the segmentation of customer data to identify distinct behaviors and preferences, enabling personalized marketing approaches and targeted campaigns to boost conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing, the product development and the growth teams when needed.
  • Prepare and present in-depth analytical reports to senior management, translating complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

We would love to see you have:

  • Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Amplitude.
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO, as SEO is a key area of focus for us.
  • Good understanding of various marketing channels, experience with PPC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly in relation to subscription-based business models and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL. Python, or R a plus. Experience with BI tools.
  • One demonstrable experience in a B2C subscription business is required.
  • World-class analytical skills.
