We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 6 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 40 million+ monthly page views, viewing over 10 million+ listed products from 14000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

Job description

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Creative Fabrica, you will have a vital role in bringing our digital products to life. Using your artistic flair and technical expertise, you'll create dynamic animations that illustrate our products' features and benefits while resonating with our target audience. If you have a passion for storytelling and design, and a knack for creating visually appealing, engaging animations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Concept Development: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for new motion graphics.
Design and Animation: Create and animate graphic elements that meet project requirements and align with our brand identity.
Storyboarding: Design storyboards to visualize and plan the sequence of animations.
Post-Production: Edit animations, adding effects, sound, and other final touches.
Quality Control: Ensure all graphics and animations meet quality standards and align with project goals.
Project Management: Manage multiple motion graphics projects, ensuring each is delivered on schedule and within budget.

Your Profile

Animation Software: Proficiency in animation software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
Graphic Design: Ability to create and incorporate graphic elements using software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
Video Editing: Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Storyboarding: Skills to visualize and plan the sequence of the animated video.

Required Soft Skills

Creativity: The ability to think innovatively to create engaging and unique animations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and articulate ideas.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all elements of the animation meet quality standards.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different teams within the organization.

Nice to have

Sound Design: Basic knowledge of sound design can add depth and impact to your animations.
Experience in the digital product industry: Prior experience creating animations for similar products could be beneficial.
