We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 6 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 40 million+ monthly page views, viewing over 10 million+ listed products from 14,000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

The People team is responsible for supporting Creative Fabrica's most precious resource, our team. We are responsible for hiring, onboarding, growing and looking after our amazing team. And now we are looking for an Office Manager to help us craft an unforgettable office experience!

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining that working environment that is inclusive and enables everyone to do their best. that our beautiful office is clean, peaceful and conducive to innovation, and that these scale to fit our needs as we grow!

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facility and office management processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence.
• As the ambassador of our company culture, you will be responsible for providing proactive support to all team members and guests, including handling employee requests, greeting visitors, and managing communication with suppliers.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining office access and tracking visitors, as well as managing office supplies and groceries.
• Your duties will include anticipating our evolving needs as we grow, keeping track of inventory, and ensuring supplies are used correctly and within budget.
• Additionally, you will maintain clean and clutter-free spaces with functional equipment and furniture, providing clear instructions and user access as needed.
• You will be responsible for organizing team and office events, such as drinks, outings, and All Hands meetings, and creating a soft landing for new joiners.
• Administrative tasks, such as booking invoices and managing meeting room setups, will also fall under your responsibility.
• Perform executive assistant duties for our CEO and CTO, including managing calendar and appointments, travel arrangement and other admin activities.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in managing an office of 40+ people.
• A track record of managing facilities, including negotiation and contract management, and coordination of suppliers and service providers.
• Experience in budget management, including tracking expenses and monitoring budgets.
• Experience in event planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Products
• Service-oriented approach and a proven track record of prioritizing and taking ownership of the employee experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and be able to remain calm and assertive when dealing with ambiguity.
• Process-driven and organized, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including fluency in both English and Dutch

Nice to have:

• Experience with administrative tools is a plus
• Flexbility as we may occasionally organize evening events that require your presence. However, we will provide compensation in the form of free time on other days to ensure that you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
