About the platform
We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 6 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 40 million+ monthly page views, viewing over 10 million+ listed products from 14000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.
Job description

In Marketing, we are responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement with our community. On our platform, on social media, and everywhere there are crafters, we engage existing customers and appeal to new ones. Our goal is to grow different verticals through partnerships and promotions! We are super hands-on, and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks throughout Creative Fabrica’s marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution, and optimization of our email campaigns tracking toward organizational goals and OKRs
- Work on product selection, writing copy and collaborating on ideas to improve email marketing performance
- Run email promotions to promote Creative Fabrica’s marketplace and product range
- Develop cohorts and segmentation for our email marketing customers
- Execute newsletter campaigns; Track, and analyze data on the campaigns and outreach to optimize the team's efforts
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar field
- 2+ years email marketing execution that accounts for multiple audience segments
- Experience copywriting/editing
- Experience with marketing measurement and reporting tools such Google Analytics or Amplitude
- You have strong project management skills
- Professional English and a grade A communicator

- You are hands-on, and can work independently to get the job done
- Problem solver, and a creative thinker - you find opportunities in everything
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Love of design and crafting/DIY
- Experience in a scale up
- Enthusiastic and energized by working with other team members
