• You will support the finance team from day one in day-to-day operations and administration.
• You will be actively involved in financial planning and analysis, as well as the preparation of reports.
• You will work in all areas of financial accounting (such as preparing outgoing invoices, checking incoming invoices) and support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• You analyse existing processes and develop them further with your team.
• You support your team in exciting projects (e.g. fundraising or creating a board/CEO dashboard).

• Qualifications. You are currently studying a relevant degree programme (e.g. economics) and are enrolled as a student for at least another 6 months.
• Ownership. You own your work, identify and adress problems. You have strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Drive. You are committed and work self-motivated on your tasks, which also go beyond the horizon.
• Growth Mindset. Your curiosity drives your desire for learning and development. You are keen on a steep learning curve in an ambitious team.
• Transparency. You are not afraid to make mistakes, ask for help, and learn.
• Language. You are fluent in English, spoken and written. German is a plus.
• You are familiar with Excel/GSheets and are open to familiarising yourself with new software applications (e.g. DATEV).
• First relevant work experience in the field of finance is a big plus.
