Team lead Performance Marketing
As the leader of our Performance marketing efforts, you will play a key role for driving scalable and sustainable customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in driving Channable's future growth in eight key regions. With the goal of growing 40% on the new MRR. You are a key member of our marketing team and responsible for driving revenue at optimal cost per acquisition across multiple channels. You lead the strategy, KPI’s and budget in collaboration with a team of 4 specialists in areas such as SEO, SEA, paid social media, and web analysis.
You will work 40% on strategy, 30% on tactics and 30% on operational implementation.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of performance marketing in the SaaS industry.
- Optimize our the performance marketing strategy:
aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify growth opportunities, target customer segments, and channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Customer Acquisition:
Drive scalable customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and paid social. Integrated our SEO/SEA and Paid/organic social strategies to support our growth.
- Experimentation and Testing: Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization. Foster a culture of experimentation within the team. Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization processes to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Lead and manage a team of specialists:
-Oversee a team of SEO, SEA, paid social media, and CRO specialists.
-Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to help the team achieve individual and collective goals.
-Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Process optimization
-Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
-Identify areas for automation, streamline workflows, and implement tools and systems to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Analytics and reporting:
-Establish robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
-Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
-Present regular reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration:
-Collaborate closely with the Product marketing, Country Marketing, Brand Marketing and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with our business goals.
