Blidz is making shopping fun. We are building an AI online shopping mall — think Netflix for bargain hunters — inspired by the explosive success of Chinese Pinduoduo.
Blidz is a top-investor backed scale-up based in Helsinki, now aggressively growing and winning traction in the massive North American markets. The Role
You will be the CEO’s closest strategic partner and right-hand person — the one who turns vision into reality and keeps the entire organization moving at maximum speed and precision.
Think of this as a “mini-CEO” role: you will own strategy, execution, and special projects while acting as the connective tissue across every function (product, engineering, growth, operations, finance, and go-to-market).
What You’ll Own
Strategy & Execution
- Co-own the company’s strategic roadmap with the CEO; translate high-level goals into concrete quarterly OKRs and execution plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (e.g., major product launches, operational scaling programs, fundraising preparation, new market entry)
- Run weekly executive syncs, investor updates and board meetings — you will own the narrative and the materials
CEO Office & Operations
- Act as the CEO’s force multiplier: anticipate problems, remove roadblocks, and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks
- Drive company-wide processes (planning cycles, financial reporting, hiring prioritization)
- Own special projects that the CEO cares about most (anything from building new AI capabilities to optimizing unit economics)
Analysis & Communication
- Turn data into insight: build models, dashboards, and board decks that influence million-dollar decisions
- Communicate clearly and persuasively — you will speak for the CEO when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- 2+ years in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.), investment banking (Goldman, JPM, etc.), or as a high-impact operator/leader in a fast-growing tech company
- Proven ability to move from strategy to flawless execution in high-ambiguity environments.
Skills
- World-class in Excel + PowerPoint (you make slides that impress investors)
- Nice-to-have but not required: SQL or any technical/data fluency — the more you can do yourself, the more valuable you become
- Excellent written and spoken English (Finnish skill not a requirement)
