We have figured out how to apply this model to Western markets and take it further by combining irresistible reward earning mechanism with easy-to-use shopping features. Think: CostCo meets Disneyland! We just raised millions from some of the world’s top-tier venture capital investors and angels (for example General Catalyst and David Helgason - founder of Unity). This allows us to solid compensation packages including equity. We are also getting ready for a Series A soon so this is the best time to onboard!
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively manage our brand across various channels. You will be working with a senior team of engineers and analytical thinkers. We despise hierarchies so we don't waste time on activities such as reporting or admin. Instead, we focus on solving problems together and individually.
Responsibilities
- Construct and build our user-based local communities based on Whatsapp, Facebook, Reddit and other social media
- Manage and work with Customer Support team to find out users’ pain points and maintain our brand reputation via Trustpilot, Sitejabber, BBB, Complaintsboard and etc.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on multichannel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Create compelling content for public relations campaigns to promote brand messaging.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience from working with retail / eCommerce
- Bachelor degree and above, preferably in business majors with strong numerical emphasis
- Solid understanding of the eCommerce landscape in the US
- Smart and flexible, capable of handling tasks without specific guidelines
- Can-do attitude. High tolerance to stress and willing to walk extra miles
- Experience of working in start-ups or being entrepreneurs is highly preferable
