About The Role
Are you an experienced SDR/BDR, used to targeting firms in regulated industries? If so, we’d love to chat! We’re looking for someone to help us increase our market share, working across different size organisations in the UK and Europe. You will also need to be comfortable talking to stakeholders from product, compliance, tech, and up to C-level.
As we build our UK team, this new role will be targeting our defined Ideal Customer Profiles, and reporting to the Head of Marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Outbound lead generation activities to support the sales team
- Following up on leads from inbound enquiries, events and marketing campaigns via phone and email to progress prospects further down the pipeline
- Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Utilise active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively position Authologic as a potential solution
- Use and maintain outreach tools and CRM to keep data accurate
- Willingness to collaborate with other members of the organisation to improve campaigns, product positioning and ultimately, to drive deals forward
What You'll Bring To The Role
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to navigate a fast paced environment where experimentation and iteration are encouraged and collaboration is vital
- Highly motivated and committed person who loves learning and hitting targets
- A genuine interest in business development and sales as we want you grow, not just be here for a paycheque
- Experience with the various tools needed to do the job - and ideally be able to navigate a Mac, as that’s our machine of choice
- Ideally experience or knowledge in KYC, AML and compliance

- Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 + target based bonuses.
