As a Solution Engineer at AG5, you play a key role in delivering successful implementations of our skills management platform and drive customer adoption by continuously supporting customers with your software expertise. You work closely with enterprise customers, combining data expertise with strong stakeholder and project management skills in a collaborative, professional environment.

Your role at AG5

As a Solution Engineer, you guide your portfolio of customers through the implementation of AG5 and continue working with existing customers after go-live to ensure they get lasting value from the platform and are supported as their needs evolve.

In this role, you will divide your time between:

• Working hands-on with data (analysis, transformation, migration)
• Managing implementation projects (training, data alignment, discussion)
• Drive adoption based on customer and user analysis

You act as a key point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and ongoing success.

• Implementation projects are well-managed and delivered as planned
• Users are trained and confident in using AG5
• Existing customers continue to get value from the platform as their needs change
• Customer insights are shared internally to help improve our product and services

Your core responsibilities

• Lead implementations of AG5 for enterprise customers including integrations between AG5 and LMS / HR systems
• Analyze, clean, and transform complex datasets for data migrations (Excel, Powerquery)
• Advise customers on migration and configuration choices
• Drive adoption based on customer and user analytics
• Gather and document customer requirements, questions, and implementation needs
• Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations as well as a portfolio of enterprise customers after go-live
• Support change management and user adoption
• Train customer users and administrators on AG5
• Collaborate with IT, Support, Sales, and Product teams
• Provide feedback and insights to Product

What you bring to the table

• 4+ years of experience in software implementations in a high-touch B2B environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Solid project management and planning skills
• Experience supporting change and adoption during implementations
• Strong skills in analyzing and transforming spreadsheets (e.g. MS Power Query)
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to working with data
• Ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers
• Tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable learning new systems
• A sense of ownership, responsibility, and collaboration
