We’re looking for a freelance ABM & LinkedIn ads specialist to join our team at AG5.com. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running highly targeted LinkedIn campaigns within an ABM strategy, and knows how to drive engagement with the right accounts.

You’ll set up and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to reach decision-makers, generate quality leads, and support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute ABM-focused LinkedIn ad campaigns (sponsored content, lead gen forms, retargeting, InMail)
• Build audiences based on account lists and buyer personas
• Continuously test creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPL, demo conversions, and pipeline influence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with content and sales plays

Who we are looking for:

• Freelance specialist with proven experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Familiarity with ABM tactics (account targeting, engagement tracking, pipeline attribution)
• Experience running B2B SaaS or enterprise campaigns
• Analytical mindset and ability to optimize against KPIs
• Bonus: experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
