We are in search of a data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to fuel growth for AG5.com. This role is crucial in driving success for AG5 and you will be responsible for creating and implementing lead generation campaigns to increase demand for our skills management software.

As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop, launch, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns. This is a pivotal role that will play a significant part in our continued growth.

Collaborating as a team, we will launch campaigns and marketing experiments with the goal of acquiring new leads. You will have access to all the necessary resources to make this happen, including financial support for freelancers, as well as access to tools you may require.

Key Responsibilities:

Help to hit the team’s MQL target by:

• Developing and execute marketing campaigns across channels, including paid advertising, organic and email
• Take charge of the performance metrics of campaigns, utilizing data and various tools to analyze the marketing experiments
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the sales team to explore and test new campaigns

Who are we looking for:

• Someone with proficiency in driving demand or generating leads, with a history of successfully increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
• Individuals who are self-motivated, can manage themselves effectively, and take ownership of their work
• Ideally someone with SaaS marketing experience
